- Author white papers on the societal impact of post-quantum encryption and sentient AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or equivalent from top-tier institution
- 10+ years experience leading R&D in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published author in Nature/Science with >500 citations on future technologies
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough innovations (3+ exits >$100M)
- Deep expertise in ISO 20700 future impact assessment frameworks
- Security clearance for classified defense innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two paradigm-shifting prototypes
