- Analyze industry disruptors and recommend strategic pivots for competitive advantage
- Present findings to stakeholders via executive briefings and technology whitepapers
- Manage innovation budgets exceeding $2M annually for R&D initiatives
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify acquisition targets and emerging startups
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and measure ROI on innovation investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and enterprise architecture frameworks
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation circles
