Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum-AI hybrids
- Lead cross-functional workshops on AI safety alignment and value alignment protocols
- Develop predictive models for societal impacts of emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Author thought leadership on AI ethics for industry conferences and policy forums
- Establish audit protocols for bias mitigation in generative AI systems
- Partner with regulatory bodies to shape future AI governance legislation
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Published research on value alignment or AI safety in top-tier journals
- Expertise in emerging tech trends: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, AGI
- Proficiency in ethical frameworks (deontology, utilitarianism, virtue ethics)
- Experience with regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in risk assessment for complex adaptive systems
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
