Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and biotechnology implementations
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, FDA, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in venture capital or corporate innovation strategy
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
