Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for generative AI models
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles in AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement with policymakers, NGOs, and industry coalitions
- Establish transparent AI documentation and explainability standards
- Train cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience designing bias mitigation techniques for machine learning models
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Published research in AI ethics or related peer-reviewed journals
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
