Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments on AI models using proprietary AudIT platform
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional committees on responsible AI deployment
- Develop industry standards for explainable AI (XAI) transparency
- Advocate for ethical AI policy at national tech summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, or Cognitive Science with AI specialization
- 5+ years developing ethical frameworks for large-scale AI systems
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 standards
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation techniques
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tooling
- Experience testifying before congressional tech committees
