Responsibilities

- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and autonomous systems
- Create training programs on responsible AI practices for technical teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI regulations
- Expertise in bias detection and mitigation techniques
- Strong background in policy development and stakeholder management
- Experience with AI transparency and explainability tools
- Published work or certifications in AI ethics preferred
