Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, Public Policy, or related field with focus on AI governance
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, compliance, or technology governance roles within regulated industries
- Deep expertise in bias detection methodologies and fairness metrics for ML systems
