Responsibilities

- Author compliance documentation for evolving regulatory landscapes
- Mentor cross-functional teams on ethical AI practices
- Represent company at global AI ethics forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in NIST AI RMF and EU AI Act frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic fairness or explainable AI
- Experience with ML model auditing tools (e.g., IBM Fairness 360)
- Proven ability to translate complex ethics concepts for technical teams
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare/finance preferred)
