Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the proprietary 2026 Model suite, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Optimize large-scale distributed training pipelines for next-generation transformer architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise products.
- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, safety, and explainability in production environments.
- Research and prototype novel architectures to push the boundaries of current LLM capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI department.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in building and deploying production-level AI systems and large language models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from conception to global launch.
- Strong understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and distributed systems.
