Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Ethics, or related field
- 3+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics and bias mitigation techniques
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging frameworks
- Experience with cross-functional AI ethics implementation
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating ethical trade-offs in complex systems
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE, ACM) preferred
- Published work on AI ethics or philosophy of technology a plus
