Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical considerations in development lifecycles
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and predictive analytics
- Create training materials for engineering teams on responsible AI practices
- Represent Nexus at industry ethics forums and regulatory consultations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Proficiency in bias detection tools and ethical impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience collaborating with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating complex ethical dilemmas
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Certification in Responsible AI or Ethics (e.g., Google, IBM) a plus
