Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or governance roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in machine learning and AI system architecture
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical perspectives
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Certification in Responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Microsoft)
