Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across quantum AI models
- Collaborate with neuro-engineering teams on ethical neuro-interface protocols
- Author industry whitepapers on AI transparency and explainability standards
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI ethics with Fortune 500 partners
- Design real-time monitoring systems for ethical compliance in production AI
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, AI, or related field (Master's with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in EU AI Act, NIST RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 frameworks
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or explainable AI
- Experience with cross-functional ethical risk assessment methodologies
- Proficiency in Python for ethical auditing tool development
- Deep understanding of neuro-technology and quantum computing ethics
