Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulations
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate ethical considerations into AI product lifecycles
- Conduct risk assessments for emerging AI technologies including generative models and autonomous systems
- Collaborate with legal and policy teams to shape industry standards and regulatory compliance
- Drive strategic initiatives for responsible AI innovation while maintaining competitive advantage
- Present ethical AI strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global AI ethics trends and adapt organizational strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in AI/ML with 5+ years in ethics or strategy leadership roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI Framework, and emerging global regulations
- Proven track record of implementing ethical AI practices in production environments
- Expertise in bias mitigation, transparency mechanisms, and explainable AI techniques
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to balance innovation and responsibility
- Strong presentation skills with experience influencing executive leadership
