As a key member of our executive leadership team, you'll partner with C-suite executives to define long-term AI strategy, identify disruptive opportunities, and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies including generative AI, quantum computing integration, and neural interfaces. You'll also represent our vision at global tech forums and mentor the next generation of innovators.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for AI innovation through 2026, identifying market gaps and emerging technologies
- Design and execute R&D initiatives for next-generation AI systems with 10x efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps
- Build and lead cross-functional innovation labs with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Develop patent strategies for proprietary AI technologies and secure industry partnerships
- Present vision and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching AI products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in generative AI, quantum computing, or neural interface technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- Published research in top-tier AI journals or major tech conferences
- Experience building and scaling AI research teams (20+ engineers)
- Strong network within global AI research communities and startups
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
