Responsibilities
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in high-stakes industries (healthcare, autonomous vehicles, critical infrastructure)
- Anticipate regulatory trends and prepare compliance strategies for 2026 technology landscape
- Lead stakeholder workshops with policymakers, engineers, and ethicists to align on responsible innovation
- Develop scenario models for AI governance under geopolitical and technological disruption
- Author policy briefs and position papers for international tech summits
- Advocate for inclusive AI design principles through industry coalitions
- Monitor quantum computing and biotech convergence implications for regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Policy, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or ethics compliance
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global standards
- Experience with generative AI and autonomous systems risk assessment
- Exceptional communication skills for bridging technical and policy domains
- Published work on AI ethics or technology governance (portfolio required)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and regulatory impact analysis tools
