Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization challenges
- Lead quantum hardware-software integration projects with error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Present quantum solutions to Fortune 500 clients and government agencies
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge research methodologies
- Patent novel quantum computing architectures and publish in Nature/Science journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design and QIS frameworks
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming environments
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion technologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in quantum machine learning (IBM Qiskit or Google Cirq)
