Responsibilities
- Design the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the visual and experiential design strategy for our flagship product, focusing on spatial interfaces and AI-driven workflows.
- Prototype Future Interfaces: Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups for AR/VR and spatial computing environments using industry-standard tools.
- Drive Innovation: Conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts for next-gen collaboration tools and digital assistants.
- Mentor & Inspire: Foster a culture of design excellence, mentoring junior designers and collaborating closely with engineering and product leadership.
- Define Design Systems: Establish scalable design tokens and component libraries that support rapid iteration and consistency across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 5+ years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and end-to-end project ownership.
- Next-Gen Tech Skills: Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with 3D design software (Blender, Maya, or Unity) or spatial computing platforms (Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest).
- AI Integration: Experience designing for or with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI interfaces.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business goals into compelling user experiences and technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
