Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI platforms targeting 2026 market gaps
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers) through agile sprints
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify 2026 technology trends
- Translate complex technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure product success and ROI for AI initiatives
- Present progress and strategic direction to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Collaborate with R&D on emerging AI capabilities (GPT-5, autonomous systems, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years product management experience with AI/ML products (3+ years in leadership)
- Proven track record launching AI solutions with measurable business impact
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Master's degree in CS, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Experience scaling AI products to 1M+ users or enterprise deployments
