Responsibilities
- Develop and execute AI strategy aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams of ML engineers, data scientists, and product architects
- Forge strategic partnerships with quantum computing and neuromorphic hardware providers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business roadmaps
- Drive M&A activities for AI/ML startups complementary to our vision
- Present 2026 technology forecasts to Fortune 100 clients and investors
- Mentor next-gen AI talent through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML leadership with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of launching AI products generating $50M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated systems
- Experience with quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field from Tier 1 institution
- Clearance for DOE/NASA collaborative projects preferred
