Responsibilities
- Architect & Build: Design and implement high-quality, scalable full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Code Optimization: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting regular code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) to ensure data integrity and high performance.
- API Development: Develop robust RESTful and GraphQL APIs to integrate front-end and back-end systems seamlessly.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define product requirements and deliver features on time.
- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify bottlenecks, analyze performance metrics, and implement solutions to enhance application speed and reliability.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Frontend: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js, Express, or Python/Django.
- Database: Expertise in PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
