Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for AI and Quantum product lines, ensuring alignment with the 2026 vision.
- Architect scalable, high-performance systems capable of handling next-generation computational loads.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (LLMs, Quantum Hardware, Edge AI) and evaluate their applicability to our products.
- Drive best practices in code quality, security, and system scalability across the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and preferably Quantum Computing principles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
