Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology foresight strategy, identifying disruptive innovations 3-5 years ahead
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership, analyzing geopolitical and socioeconomic impacts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and government agencies for trend intelligence
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite with data-driven narratives
- Oversee the Innovation Lab, incubating breakthrough technologies aligned with future market needs
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and their business implications
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or executive leadership
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts (quantifiable examples required)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech, AGI, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Experience managing global teams and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes affecting future technologies
