Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, social, and economic domains
- Develop 2026 strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using scenario planning frameworks
- Quantify market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and data visualization
- Facilitate executive workshops on disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and AI tools
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SSC) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ multi-year strategic foresight projects
