Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 5-year technical roadmap, focusing on AI integration and Quantum readiness.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, high-performance systems for global clients.
- Oversee research and development (R&D) to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and technology investments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of scaling technology infrastructure for high-growth startups or enterprises.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and emerging tech stacks.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field (Master's preferred).
