Responsibilities

- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our modern POS systems.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor by stocking merchandise and organizing displays.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with receiving deliveries, and execute inventory counts.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
