Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional, and premium service attitude.
- Manage product inventory and stock shelves to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and store targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic cleaning duties and organize merchandise displays as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays to meet business demands.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic math proficiency is necessary for handling cash and transactions.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
