Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
- Assist with inventory counts and report stock discrepancies immediately.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours).
