Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on satisfaction and efficiency.
- Assist customers in resolving product or service issues and provide accurate information.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions.
