Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on courtesy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and update internal databases (CRM) with relevant notes.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
