Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and handle returns efficiently.
- Operate cash registers and maintain accurate cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance, cleanliness, and organization at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and de-escalate situations professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required to get to our location in San Diego.
- Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
