Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support and sales teams to escalate issues and provide valuable product feedback.
- Stay updated on product features, pricing, and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Assist in training new team members and participate in daily performance huddles.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
