Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat messages professionally and efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions or escalate complex issues to management.
- Order Processing: Accurately process and verify customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and interaction logs within our CRM system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product and service teams to improve our offerings.
- Policy Adherence: Ensure all customer interactions align with company policies, brand standards, and compliance regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and basic office applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
