Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on problem resolution.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and account troubleshooting in a professional and efficient manner.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer satisfaction scores.
- Adhere to all company policies, including safety and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with customers.
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
