Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Input and maintain accurate data in our internal database systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment as needed.
- Ensure adherence to all company safety and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new software and processes quickly.
