Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal software.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
