Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and boost team performance.
- Provide product information and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
