What You’ll Do
As a vital part of our operations, you will bridge the gap between our customers and our supply chain. You will handle inquiries, manage inventory, and ensure our facility runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process incoming and outgoing orders accurately and efficiently using our inventory management system.
- Sort, pack, and label packages to ensure they are ready for shipment.
- Answer questions regarding product availability and shipping status.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to punctuality.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating web browsers).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
