Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to help clients maximize the value of our services.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer health and retention.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment while maintaining high productivity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
