- Manage a high volume of tickets within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in our CRM system accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to answer questions accurately.
- Contribute to team meetings and help improve support processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer support, administrative assistance, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace (for remote applicants).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
