Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues efficiently.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix office.
