Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate, efficient solutions or escalate to senior teams when necessary.
- Build long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all customer interactions, including issues and resolutions, in our CRM database.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to improve service processes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and team training sessions to maintain high performance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
