Your Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of Apex Logistics. You will assist clients with inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a seamless experience for every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and accurately.
- Process daily transactions using POS systems and cash registers.
- Assist with inventory organization and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
