- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through our platform setup and best practices.
- Feedback Loop: Document customer feedback and collaborate with product teams to improve our offerings.
- Performance Metrics: Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT) and response time targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and CRM tools.
- Reliability: Proven ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
