Responsibilities
- Perform daily warehousing and logistics operations efficiently and accurately.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing stock.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to strict quality control measures for all tasks.
- Flexibly adjust schedules to meet shifting business needs and peak demand periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
