Responsibilities
- Process daily payroll transactions with 99.9% accuracy for diverse client portfolios
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment processing workflows
- Implement and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Train new hires on daily pay systems and client onboarding procedures
- Analyze transaction data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage confidential financial information with the highest level of integrity
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or financial services
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, ADP, or similar payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Valid Texas state banking or financial services license preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak periods
- Proven track record in meeting/exceeding performance metrics
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
