Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accurate documentation of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare and package orders according to strict safety and quality standards for domestic and international delivery.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure compliance with company protocols before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Problem Solving: Identify workflow inefficiencies and communicate suggestions for process improvement to management.
Qualifications
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred but not required (we provide on-the-job training).
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work well in a team environment.
- Equipment Certification: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
