Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Load and Unload Freight: Manage inbound and outbound shipments to meet daily production targets.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counts, scanning, and data entry for stock organization.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and coworkers to optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation to the Columbus facility.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
