- Execute daily delivery routes within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area with precision and punctuality.
- Manage order fulfillment, ensuring accurate package handling and timely drop-offs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to local businesses and residents, resolving inquiries professionally.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections, maintenance checks, and log accurate mileage and delivery data.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and handle logistics challenges efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable smartphone with data access for GPS tracking and reporting.
- Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Must reside within the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
